I graduated from Florida State University with honors in 2020. I majored in meteorology and minored in applied mathematics. I also received emergency management certificate.

Shortly following graduation, I served as the morning meteorologist and co-anchor for 47ABC/WMDT in Salisbury, Maryland. I started the Junior Storm Team, which let local students give the weather forecast each week, and hosted our Foodie Friday segment, which followed me trying out different restaurants and eateries on Delmarva. In terms of weather events, I covered everything from snow to hurricanes and tornadoes. The weather team also hosted a weekly podcast called WeatherWise.
